            How to order:

            Adding items to Basket
            To add items to the Basket from the Search Results or Item Details Preview page:
            1. From the Search Results or Item Details Preview page (refer to Searching or Viewing an item), click the basket icon under each item you wish to order .
            2. A green checkmark (tick) will appear above the basket icon for each selected item.
            3. The corresponding items will be added instantly to the Basket, a basket ribbon will appear at the foot of the page and the basket icon in the top right of the page will show a count of how many items you have added. There is a limit of how many items you can add to the basket, usually 20 items.



            To add items to the Basket from the Lightbox page: Refer to the Lightbox article.
             
            Removing items from Basket
            To remove individual items from your Basket:
            1. Navigate to the Basket page via the top right basket icon or the basket ribbon at the foot of the page.
            2. Click  the trash can on a thumbnail to remove the item from the Basket. 

            Clearing the Basket
            To clear the entire Basket:
            1. Click the basket icon in the basket ribbon at the foot of the page or the basket icon in the top right corner of the page Basket page via the top right basket icon or the basket ribbon at the foot of the page.
            2. Click Clear Basket in the popup. 

            Proceeding with an Order
            To proceed with an order:
            1. Click the basket icon in the basket ribbon at the foot of the page or the basket icon in the top right corner of the page Basket page via the top right basket icon or the basket ribbon at the foot of the page.



            2. Click 'Order' or 'OK' to navigate to the editable Order Details page:
            3. Select a download format/size for each item from its corresponding drop-down menu.



            4. To proceed with this order, the system requires you to provide the information of your project in which you intend to use the items that will be purchased. Ensure that all mandatory fields, which are denoted by the red stars, are completed correctly.



            5. Click ‘Submit order’. 


            Paying for an order (if payment is required)
            After you get an email about the order approval, the order is ready for payment.
            To pay for an order
            1. Navigate to the Orders page via the top menu bar.
            2. If necessary sort and filter the orders :
            Select a start date from the Show From drop-down menu.
            Select an end date from the Show To drop-down menu.

            3. Click ‘Show Records’ to generate a list of orders requested within the selected start/end date range and to display the list in the selected direction
            4. Click an Order Number with the Status ‘Ready for Payment’. It will take you to the Tax Invoice/Receipt page 
            5. Select ‘Pay for this order’. You will be taken to the e-commerce payment facility.
            An online payment gateway, as an optional function, is setup according to a client’s requirements.
            6. After completing the payment procedure. The Order Status will be changed to “Available for Download”.

            Downloading an order
            To download all items from an order:
            1. From the Orders page, click an Order Number with the Status ‘Available for Download’. 
            2. Click ‘Download’ button
